We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable right candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers in ophthalmology field. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in related field especially optometrists or nursing background.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Able to communicate with CHINESE, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications and CRM systems

Responsibility :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
