Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality designs for various marketing platforms in a fast-paced environment, managing each project from initial concept to final execution and working closely with the stakeholders. With your strong creativity and visual storytelling skills, you will play an important role in ensuring that our designs resonate with our audience, align with our brand and achieve business objectives. 

You will:

  • Oversee design projects from concept to completion and ensure that they meet the objectives and timelines, and within our brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and share your design expertise and recommendation for the projects
  • Provide constructive feedback and direction to ensure high standards and consistency across all design output
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, communicating and rationalising your ideas and designs
  • Leverage Gen AI tools to significantly enhance the quality and quantity of your output
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently as an individual and in a team
  • Take ownership over areas of your work
Qualifications
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in the graphic design industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects, and Canva
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Chinese (to support Taiwan and Hong Kong markets)
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colours and flexible illustration styles
  • Familiar with the various output formats suitable for the respective channels
  • Experience in motion graphics such as gifs and animation videos
