- Manage staff training, schedules and documentation.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
- Assist with payroll for local and expatriate staff, ensuring all statutory contributions are accurate.
- Support recruitment activities and ensure alignment with the bank's requirements
- Prepare HR reports for regulators.
- Improve HR processes and support special projects.
What you need :
- Degree in HR, Business or related fields
- At least 6 year(s) of HR generalist experience
- Preferably from banking or financial services
- Sound knowledge of L&D administration, payroll, tax and employment laws
- Solid communication skills, high accuracy and the ability to manage multiple deadline without faltering
- Understanding of Japanese work culture is a plus
