We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience across administrative operations and local marketing activities, providing a comprehensive exposure to both business support and marketing functions. Location: Seksyen 26, Shah Alam

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

A. Administrative Support

  • Assist with renewal of various certificates, including AutoCAD, SIRIM, ISO, ECO labelling, and BOMBA.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining dealer agreements.
  • Handle product warranty processes for customers.
  • Monitor and manage brochure stock and replenishment.
  • Assist with sample purchasing when required.
  • Verify and check staff claims and sales commission claims.
  • Support the management and tracking of local assets.

B. Local Marketing Support

  • Assist in A&P marketing activities, including marketing tools, brochures, and preparation of the 2026 calendar.
  • Maintain and update the Local AP website and Local AP SharePoint.
  • Coordinate and manage advertisement artwork (e.g., PAM, JKR).
  • Support preparation work for Archidex Malaysia 2026 exhibition.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently.
