ABOUT THE JOB

You'll play a key role in managing team and oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, driving billing accuracy, and supporting international stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, leadership potential, and a keen eye for detail. These tasks are performed in the ERP system (i.e. SAP) and other digital platforms such as Microsoft tools.

The job will be based in our Group Shared Services in Cyberjaya where we provide services to the global TCR entities. We are eager to find a highly motivated colleague, passionate about digital work environment and love to work with international contacts.

Where You'll Create the Most Impact:

  • Oversee daily operations in your team and ensure timely delivery of contract and billing tasks.
  • Lead onboarding and transition of new business entities into the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international internal stakeholders.
  • Manage rental and non-rental contracts from setup to invoicing and adjustment.
  • Ensure contract data integrity and enforce proper workflows in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Perform accurate billing, issue credit/debit notes, and handle invoicing queries.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, track workload, and support continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members, ensure training and performance evaluations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for contract/billing issues and provide ERP user support.
  • Provide backup during team absences and support cross-functional job rotations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in contract management and billing, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong and proven knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and manage small teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
