Role Description

The Role :
As a 
Medical Sales Specialist (Spine & Neuro) based in WP. Kuala Lumpur
, you are not just selling a product; you are providing a solution to neurosurgeons and orthopaedic specialists. You will act as a technical consultant, ensuring that the right implants and instruments are available for critical surgeries.

The responsibilities include promoting and selling spinal and neurosurgery medical devices to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong customer relations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with Spine and Neuro Surgeons to understand their needs, provide product training, and ensure consistent support. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities and contributing to the growth of the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
   Promote and sell our range of spinal and neurosurgical products to hospitals (government and private) in your assigned territory.
• Clinical Support:
   Provide technical support to surgeons and scrub nurses during surgical procedures (OT Standby) to ensure the correct usage of our implants.
• Relationship Management:
   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and nursing staff.
• Inventory Management:
   Manage consignment stock and ensure timely delivery of surgical sets to hospitals prior to operations.
• Market Intelligence:
   Keep up to date with competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education:
   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, MBA, Marketing, or equivalent
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of sales experience in the medical/pharmaceutical line is preferred.
• Fresh graduates
   with a strong Science background and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply (Training provided).
• Skills:
   Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Tamil & Mandarin added advantage).
• Attributes:
   Resilient, capable in working independently, self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirement:
   Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (Willing to travel). Must comfortable working in OR and Hospital Settings
