  • Ensure inspection or testing done correctly, testing and development of new products, compliance product certification SIRIM, SPAN, ABS and documentation controls.
  • Establish and maintain the inspection and testing scheme of the company to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and ensure the execution of overall inspection and testing activities in accordance to the SIRIM/SPAN/GLO or other certification body.
  • Establish and maintain the means of control for all quality documents and records at a company wide level.
  • ·To investigate customer complain and provide prompt feedback to the customer within the required time
  • Ensure subordinates perform their duties effectively by providing support and guidance and taking action to improve performance as necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and conducive working environment in the QA department to promote safety and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately as required on a timely basis to facilitate decision-making.
