As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Admin & Personal Assistant who's ambitious, organized, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced beauty environment.
Job Summary
This role combines both marketing and administrative support. You'll be the right hand to the Manager managing messages, assisting in campaigns, coordinating with creators, and helping daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Help manage brand content captions, posts, and schedule on social media.
- Answer customer and affiliate messages via WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Support content creation & live (product shots, reels, Canva design, captions).
- Coordinate with KOLs, suppliers, and event partners.
- Update product listings, promotions, and monitor sales platforms.
Administrative & PA Tasks
- Manage Manager's calendar, appointments, and daily to-do lists.
- Handle document preparation, data entry, and order tracking.
- Organize marketing files, product inventory, and samples.
- Support during launches, events, and campaign setups.
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SPM or above (Diploma/Degree is a plus but not required).
- Languages: Fluent in Malay and English (spoken & written).
- Good with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Facebook).
- Able to use Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, willing to learn, and up for challenges.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and creative marketing.
- Fresh graduates or young professionals are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
