Your Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer questions and provide technical support quickly and professionally.
  2. Find, diagnose, and fix software and hardware problems.
  3. Help solve technical issues (including on-site problems), and work with Sales and R&D teams when needed.
  4. Help Sales prepare hardware and software lists, and support them in talking to customers.
  5. Record customer calls, feedback, and actions taken clearly and accurately.
  6. Collect customer opinions and suggestions, and share them with the right teams.
  7. Keep up with new technologies to improve your support.
  8. Join regular training sessions to improve your skills.
  9. Follow company rules, including those on data privacy and security.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  2. Good at installing and fixing Windows systems; basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS).
  3. Can speak and write well in Mandarin and English; must also speak Cantonese to support customers. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  4. Great communication, teamwork skills, and can work under pressure.
  5. Responsible, positive attitude, and strong work ethics.
  6. Quick learner — able to pick up product knowledge fast.
  7. Able to work rotating shifts:

  8. 3 night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

  9. 2 day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  10. Bonus if you have related experience or speak other dialects.
