Position:  Machine Operator

Main Duty:Complete production operation tasks in accordance with production instructions; Equipment operation, abnormal handling and feedback; Production quality control Production efficiency and consumption control; Skills improvement and training; Workshop on-site management, etc.

Position description:

Responsibility 1: Equipment management and maintenance

a.      Be responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment under jurisdiction to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition

b.     Participate in the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment to ensure its rapid and normal operation

c.      Abnormal handling and feedback during equipment operation

d.     Assist equipment maintenance personnel in conducting daily inspections and keeping records

Responsibility 2:Production operation and management

a.      Be proficient in operating equipment, improve operational skills, strictly implement all production tasks assigned by superiors and complete production targets on time

b.      Be responsible for the production parameters of the equipment and effectively improve production efficiency

c.      Regularly organize or participate in necessary training and guidance to ensure standardized and safe operations

Responsibility 3:quality control

a.      During the production process, strictly follow the product production technology and quality requirements, and ensure that the products meet the quality standards

b.     Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality issues, and strictly implement product quality improvement measures

c.      Workshop set strictly enforce product quality improvement measures and the production process quality control and other related requirements, found that have an impact on product quality problem report to

Responsibility 4:Safety and environmental protection

a.      Adhere to and implement the safety production rules and regulations, ensure the safety of equipment and operations, and do not operate equipment or production tools in violation of regulations

b.     Organize or participate in workshop safety training to enhance safety awareness

c.      Comply with the employee behavior norms and production discipline formulated by the company/workshop

Responsibility 5: Team coordination and communication

a.      Maintain close communication with departments such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance, and coordinate to solve problems in production

b.     Organize or participate in departmental meetings, share equipment management experience and put forward improvement suggestions

Job Requirements:‌

  1. ‌Education:‌ Junior high school diploma
  2. ‌Language Skills:‌ Mandarin, English, and Malay
  3. ‌Age & Gender:‌ 20 years old or above; gender neutral

  4. ‌Work Competency:‌

  5. Careful, conscientious, quick-witted, proactive at work and with a positive attitude

  6. Honest, trustworthy, and willing to follow company arrangements.
  7. ‌Salary:‌ RM2000–RM4500/month
  8. ‌Working Hours:‌ Monday to Friday, 8:0 AM–18:00 PM (12:00 PM–12:30 PM: Lunch break)
  9. ‌Compensation Structure:‌ Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by the local government,
