About the Role

Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our esteemed team in Simpang Ampat, Penang.

This full-time position plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial management, accounting, and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payment vouchers, and reconciliation of debtors and creditors statements.
  • Ensure that all accounting entries, journals, and ledgers are accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform financial statement reviews and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving any outstanding issues promptly.
  • Prepare annual tax computations, estimations, and filings, ensuring compliance with statutory tax requirements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries on all relevant financial matters.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in managing assigned duties.
  • Undertake any ad hoc financial or administrative tasks as directed by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a finance or senior finance capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
