ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible to manage and plan assigned project, ensure timely implementation, progression, and completion of the project within the project timeline, in a cost effective and quality manner.

Responsibility

  1. Responsible for assisting on overall project development from design review, construction, and completion.
  2. To assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects within set timeline as well as in accordance with approved specification and quality deliverables.
  3. Monitor the submission status at various stages of construction process.
  4. Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.
  5. Monitor construction work in accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule.
  6. Manage resource assignments to the project, and proactively identify resource challenges.
  7. To prepare all the construction reports and overall Construction Implementation Programmers.
  8. Responsible to all project's correspondence and documentations
  9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Graduate diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyiong / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s) : Computer literate (Autocad, PowerPoint, MS Project, word, excel & etc), Strong written skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
  • Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia(Optional)
