How You'll Make an Impact to The Role

Site Identification & Acquisition

  • Locate and acquire new sites (land and shophouses) for Lotus's Express format.
  • Ensure site selection supports long-term business growth and customer convenience.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Site Research team to assess location viability.
  • Partner with store development and construction teams for seamless handover and build-out.

Contract & Legal Management

  • Handle site contracts, landlord negotiations, and obtain necessary consents.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure contracts comply with company standards and minimize risk.

Negotiation & Budgeting

  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for property deals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sites within budget constraints.
  • Liaise with solicitors to issue notices or letters of demand when needed.
  • Negotiate with landlords to resolve issues amicably.

What You'll Bring to The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition and asset related roles.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication across teams.
  • Organized and proactive in planning and execution.
  • Strong personal drive and willingness to get things done
  • Self-motivated, resilience and committed to deliver on time and to a high quality
  • Can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good command of English.
  • Willingness to travel independently.
