JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in preparing weekly and monthly related and required report and to maintain all the section's documentations and compliance and ensure section's performance is in good terms.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in monitoring and ensure the strategic water supply information is integrated with others system use in company, reliable and ready to access.
  • To assist in analyzing strategic water supply information for workflow improvements and future water supply planning.
  • To compile and analyze data related to the performance of Technical Requirement & Compliance and Taking Over Units.
  • To assist in maintaining all the section's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and enhancement reviewing in accordance to ISO standard requirements.
  • To produce monthly operational report of new water supply application to management.
  • To prepare monthly budget variance report and annual budget proposal of the Section to the management.
  • To prepare and provide, explanation to OPEX Budget Variance Reports, on monthly Basis per FAD requirements to monitor the Section's approved OPEX Budget of the year.
  • To prepare OPEX yearly Budget, prepare mid-year and end-year Section's KPI Achievement. Prepare data-data for OPPJ Form(s) for all new proposed and approved OPEX Budget Request / Approved for the year to the respective Budget Functional Heads. Keyed-in to SAP System upon final confirmed proposed OPEX Budget and after obtaining approved OPEX Budget.
  • To prepare monthly report of new water supply application to SPAN.
  • To assist Unit Head conducting discussions with related parties in completing works.
  • To do any other duties as per management instruction as needed or required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Statistics and Data Analysis
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in water supply system.
  • Experience in designing water supply system is an advantage.
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experienced in ISO system is an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge in hydraulics and fluid mechanics.
