Primary Roles:

  • Oversee the daily finance and accounting operations, including billing, collections, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Review forecast, budget, and consolidation financial and management reports.
  • Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
  • Ensure financial legal requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems.
  • Maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data,
  • Prepare and coordinate audit process, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other professionals to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare monthly financial analysis and performance reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group policies and reporting requirements.

Secondary Roles:

  • Initiate continuos improvements initiatives. (e.g accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost/tax saving, process enhancement, workflow improvement, documentation, filing, etc.)
  • Support management in strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in system enhancement or automation initiaves to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
