Key responsibilities typically include:

• Cost Management: Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for M&E works from conception to completion.
• Tender and Contracts: Preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and pricing schedules. This involves sourcing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, as well as managing contracts.
• Valuation and Claims: Reviewing and verifying subcontractor payment claims, issuing payment certificates, and preparing progress claims to clients.
• Project Coordination: Liaising with clients, site managers, contractors, and M&E consultants to ensure compliance with quality standards and budget requirements.
• Risk Management: Analyzing project risks and advising on cost control measures and value engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
