Quantity Surveyor

  • Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost

  • Preparation of contracts agreements including draft tenders and awards; be part of every tender exercise

  • Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

  • To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements;

  • Assessment of contractor's claim.

  • Preparation for Project Budget, Progress Claim , final account and final details Bill of Quantities (BQ)

  • To do work evaluation and process claim preparation and submission.

  • To prepare related reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

  • At least five (3) years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in related field.

  • Outstanding analytic skill and coordination skill.
