As a Branch Manager at Konica Minolta, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, oversee daily operations, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance brand reputation.
What you need to do?
- Oversee the branch activities related to internal services, operational issues and communication between branch administrators and headquarters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Manage branch budgets and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
What we are looking for?
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in any industry and involving in branch operation related matters.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Strong understanding of branch operations and possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement.
- Willingness to travel as required for company or client meetings and exhibitions.
- Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint).
