Role Summary:Creates visual assets across all touchpoints by balancing creativity with functionality. Ensures that all designs align with brand tone and campaign objectives. Begins contributing to concept development and collaborates actively with Art Directors and Copywriters.Key Responsibilities:DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: to lead visual execution from concept to delivery with minimal supervisionTranslate briefs into compelling layouts and visuals across all channels (print, OOH, digital, and social).Handle multiple projects independently while maintaining quality.Maintain brand visual guidelines across all channels.Balance creativity with aesthetic and brand objectives.CREATIVE THINKING: to collaborate in developing visual ideas that strengthen campaign directionContribute design ideas that enhance storytelling and strategy.Work closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to refine concepts.Stay updated on design, cultural, and technology trends.COLLABORATION & OWNERSHIP: to foster clear communication and ensure seamless teamworkCollaborate effectively with all departments to refine creative outputs.Communicate proactively with other departments to maintain time discipline and professionalism in deadlines.Provide constructive input during reviews and feedback sessions.Maintains a clean and structured file-keeping system for every job.Growth Indicators:Designer -> Senior Designer -> Design Lead -> Head of Design -> Creative Director -> Executive Creative DirectorTakes ownership of projects end-to-end with creative consistency and minimal oversight.Manages time effectively and works independentlyProduces consistently high-quality work across different media.Understands project objectives and can make design decisions accordingly.Starts contributing to the conceptual phase, not just execution.Able to brief and manage Junior Designers.Mentors and grows junior creatives.
