QMS - Document Controller (Open for Fresh Graduate)

Primary Responsibilities :

  • To play the role of Quality System Document Controller.
  • The ability to deal with tactfully with upset /angry customer.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Document Control system.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Fully handle internal spec (Specification, Work Instruction, Drawing, FMEA / Control Plan / OCAP / EAI / HIRARC / LOTO / R&O)
  • Process daily routine ECN generation (spec edit right), Spec & ECN buy-off, route for approval, sent for training, system update & customer approval.
  • Follow up closely with customer on the specification requires customer approval.
  • Maintain & housekeeping on-line active ECN, Spec & Obsolete ECN & Spec system.
  • Handle internal & external request on converting spec to PDF file.
  • Route Internal Spec (Specification, Work Instruction, Drawing, FMEA / Control Plan / OCAP / EAI / HIRADC / LOTO / R&O) for periodic review.
  • Process daily update Spec form in Factory System.
  • Documentation audit at the respective document podium (Work Instruction).
  • Ensure smooth and timely on incoming and outgoing documents, update in the system and documents preparation during audits.
  • Ensure the latest version of relevant procedures and formats are available to the users concerned.
  • To accomplish ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Qualification & Experience :

  • Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in DCC field or fresh
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
