Responsibilities

  • Supporting IT financing activities – billings, variance analysis.
  • Review each IT service request (new service, renewal, extension) in accordance with local sourcing and Group Compliance policies/standard.
  • Assist finance team in Sourcing Automation and Digitalization (SODA) & Third-Party Management (TPM) request.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obeys all safety policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing drivers of historical financial performance, including key trends that are impacting the business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Adheres to a set of ethical principles i.e. Integrity, Objectivity, and Responsibility.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and intermediate formulas (v-lookup, pivot table).
  • Experience in Power BI (added advantage).
  • Time management and ability to meet deadline.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
