Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Handle video shooting, editing, and daily posting.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase engagement, views, and sales.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, giveaways, and paid ads when required.
  • Manage weekly content posting calendar.
  • Analyze social media insights to track performance.
  • Record marketing progress such as follower growth, reach, sales impact, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the operations team (kitchen & front counter) to produce relevant content.
  • Maintain consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • 18 years old and above.
  • Experience in marketing or social media management is an advantage (but not mandatory).
  • Skilled in video editing apps such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe.
  • Creative with strong content ideas.
  • Able to capture good photos/videos using a smartphone.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable working in an F&B environment.

Added Advantages:

  • Experience running TikTok Shop or TikTok Live.
  • Ability to host TikTok Live.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads (FB Ads / TikTok Ads).
  • Good copywriting skills.

Daily Job Scope:

  • Produce 1–3 content posts per day (depending on needs).
  • Record menu items, customers, and shop atmosphere for content.
  • Join weekly brainstorming sessions with the team.
  • Reply to comments or DMs when needed.
  • Update daily progress to the owner/manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
