About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at Enpioner Engineering Services (Malaysia)Sdn. Bhd. in our Johor Bahru office. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client base within the engineering services industry. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible for the development, sales and technical support of FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) platform engineering service projects; proficient in pipeline engineering service businesses such as chemical cleaning, hot oil flushing, tightness testing and flange management.​

  2. Maintain customer relationships to facilitate transactions; collect usage feedback during the pre-sales and after-sales phases, and communicate and coordinate with the R&D (Research and Development) team in a timely manner.​

  3. Participate in the entire process of pre-sales explanation, in-sales follow-up and after-sales service; follow up on account periods and payment collection in accordance with sales and lease contracts.​

  4. Conduct regular market research to grasp policies, market trends and competitive status, and carry out marketing work.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the engineering services industry
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully securing new business
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and hit ambitious targets
  5. Solid understanding of the engineering services industry and the competitive landscape
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
  7. Proven team leadership and coaching experience to effectively manage and mentor a sales team
  8. Experience in equipment leasing and engineering services (preferred);
