Pejabat NTS Printing, Pasir Mas, Kelantan

Maklumat Jawatan:

  • Jawatan: Sales Consultant
  • Gaji Asas: RM1,700 – RM2,000 sebulan
  • Waktu Bekerja:
  • Ahad – Khamis: 9.00 pagi – 6.00 petang
  • Sabtu: Separuh hari (1.00 tengah hari – 6.00 petang)
  • Jumaat: Cuti

Kelayakan Diperlukan:

  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran atau sokongan jualan (keutamaan diberikan).
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bersikap proaktif, teliti, dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.

Skop Tugas:

  • Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, e-mel, dan panggilan telefon.
  • Mengurus pesanan pelanggan serta penyediaan invois.
  • Membantu pasukan jualan dalam menutup jualan dan mencapai sasaran bulanan.
  • Menyediakan laporan jualan dan mengurus data pelanggan.
  • Menyelaraskan penghantaran produk kepada pelanggan.
