Key Responsibilities :-

General Ledger Management

  • Maintain and monitor the general ledger to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and compliant with local accounting standards and company policies.

Comprehensive Accounting Oversight

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.

Month-End and Year-End Closing

  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal preparation, reconciliations, and financial statement reviews, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and submit cash flow reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports and documentation required by headquarters.

Group Finance Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison with the Group Finance team.
  • Coordinate and respond to group queries, ensure timely submission of reports, and implement group accounting policies and directives locally.

Audit Support

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations of journal entries and accounting processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis, trend insights, and performance commentary to management.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with other teams to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and financial data remains consistent.

Requirements :-

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA, or relevant fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to general ledger or full-set accounting functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with group finance teams is an advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
