Join us as an Associate Data Analyst, Fundamental Market Data and play a key role in powering our award-winning trading systems trusted by Singapore and Malaysia's top brokerages and international banks

You'll work closely with our market data team to ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into our backend systems. Your diligence and precision will keep our platforms running at the highest standard, delivering real-time insights to financial professionals across Asia.

Based at our Kuala Lumpur office (Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang)

Hybrid work available after confirmation (reliable home internet required)


What You'll Do
  • Accurately enter and update financial data (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, financial ratios, and more) into our proprietary system
  • Verify data integrity and consistency to ensure error-free inputs
  • Work alongside the market data team to gather, interpret, and cross-check essential information
  • Respond to data-related queries and collaborate on process improvements
  • Support daily operations that keep our trading platforms at peak performance
  • Document your workflow and help optimize data entry best practices

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply, comprehensive training provided
  • Strong attention to detail and high commitment to data accuracy
  • Able to work both independently and as a reliable team player
  • Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident handling Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Good communication skills for teamwork and reporting
