Are you passionate about driving growth and building strategic partnerships? SC Johnson is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Retail Account Management team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is pivotal in shaping our customer strategy, implementing category visions, and achieving ambitious sales and market share goals across international modern trade accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for key retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Drive category growth through merchandising, promotions, and shopper insights.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning and conduct annual business reviews with retailers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
  • Conduct field visits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support field sales teams with guidance, training, and operational excellence.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG.
  • Proven track record managing International Key Accounts (IKA)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic influencing skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
  • Excellent presentation and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and engage in fieldwork.
