Responsibilities :

  • Plan, create, and publish content (photos, videos, captions, articles, etc.) across social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, product promotions, and storytelling
  • Monitor and analyze engagement performance, trends, and audience insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure content reflects the brand's visual and messaging standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital and social media trends
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure timely content updates
  • Coordinate and manage shoots with influencers, celebrities, or special guests as required

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any other related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation and video editing tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and narratives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and adapt to new trends and challenges.
  • Capable of working under minimal supervision, particularly during peak period.
  • Flexible and willing to support other teams or departments as necessary.
  • Knowledge about fashion content
