Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities with project target prospects (Developer/ architect/ consultants/ project scale ID's/ contractors) to build business relationships and close sales.
  • Delivery quotations, proposals and all kind of document preparations with tiles and sanitary wares & fittings sample board for presentation purposes.
  • To achieve the Personal Sales Target & KPI set by the company.
  • Coordinating with various internal and external departments to get things done efficiently and promptly.
  • Invite potential customers to the showroom to view the product collection.
  • Plan approaches and presentations with potential clients to develop proposals and close sales.
  • Handle payment collections by monitoring customer aging and working closely with accounts for late payment customer action.
  • Attends necessary after sales & services matter by working together with TQA to resolve customer matter efficiently and promptly.
  • Report and do all other tasks instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Correspondence letter related to resolving all customer complaints matter and further discussion with superior on the action before proceeding to customer.
  • Diploma and with sales representative field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related industry will be added advantage.
  • Mature & Confidence - positive thinking, feeling sure of oneself and your abilities.
  • Patience - take a moment to step back from a situation to assess.
  • Perseverance & motivation - keep going on in spite of obstacles.
  • Commercial awareness - know your competitors, understand the economic environment, and keep up to date with new products in the market, and changes that impact customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - teamwork, responsibility, dependability, flexibility, patience motivation, and leadership.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently.

Working Hours :

  • 5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00
