Job Description

  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Ensure all construction works comply with approved designs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
  • Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and assist in material sourcing and verification.
  • Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project targets and maintain productivity.
  • Manage and control material usage to minimize wastage and ensure timely ordering and delivery.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings and provide input for technical and construction matters.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the construction industry (site or project experience preferred).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
  • Internship positions are also available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
