Drafter (SolidWorks)

• Follow specifications to model parts, form assemblies, and create detailed technical drawings using Solidworks.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Material (BOM) for various projects.
• Convert Solidworks files into various formats (ai, dxf, dwg, step, etc.) as required.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, sales staff, and production teams to gather product requirements, designs, and approvals.
• Maintain accuracy and discipline in the database.
• Keep a thorough trail of transmitted documents.
• Independently prepare drawings and review your work before submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Solidworks software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing and modeling.
• Experience in preparing Bills of Material (BOM).
• Understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and review own work for quality assurance.
