Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant (Junior Personal Assistant) supporting senior management. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle executive tasks, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal and administrative support to the Superior to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and itineraries.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Superior when required.
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring safekeeping of important and confidential documents.
- Arrange travel bookings and logistics.
- Screen and prioritise requests, appointments, and communications before escalating.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Performing occasional external errands (e.g., banking, document submission, pickups/deliveries, etc.)
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
