  • Perform physical installation according to the installation manual.
  • Perform testing and commissioning according to the testing commissioning manual.
  • Ensure installed units are in accordance with SAIS & local authority inspection requirements.
  • Prepare installed units & ensure readiness for handover to EI and the customer.
  • Ensure total installation hours spent at jobsites are in accordance with the plan hours
  • Minimize quality hours at the jobsite due to installation errors and site coordination issues.

  • Suggest & Implement efficiency improvement initiatives to reduce installation manhours at the jobsite.

  • Adhere to the company Organization Norms, Compliance Radar, perform Compliance Radar and Compliance Book.

  • Adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines set for Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
  • Practice Schindler Safety Fundamental and promote Safety Behavior.

  • Minimum SPM qualification (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
  • Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
  • At least 1 year installation experience in Lift & escalator.
  • Willing and able to work at jobsites and travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Must have own transport and a valid motorcycle license (at least B2).
