Tool Room Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs for tooling fabrication using 3-axis and 5-axis CAD/CAM software.
- Analyze, identify and implement improvement opportunities in tool-room operations.
- Maintain and upgrade CAD/CAM software ensuring efficient use and compliance.
- Generate procedures and best practices to standardize and systemize tool fabrication operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year related experience in tool design or fabrication environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Preferable familiar with SolidWorks, CAMWorks, hyperMILL or equivalent CAD/CAM software. Possessing knowledge of CNC milling machine operation will be an added advantage..
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process related issues.
- Language: Good command of spoken & written in English is a must.
- Communication: A good team player with effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Flexible to adapt, have ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
