Job Description
• Act as a Solution Responsible, providing ICT solutions for customers in the Sarawak region. Possess basic knowledge across ICT domains, including products and solutions such as Network (Router/Switch/Wi-Fi), IT (Storage/Server), etc.
• Gain insights into the market and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored project solutions.
• Achieve sales targets, sustain revenue growth, and offer strategic recommendations to enhance account development and revenue potential.
• Participate in planning and executing key industry marketing activities. Engage with high-level customers to identify solution opportunities and expand industry influence.
• Develop and manage high-value relationships with key customers.
• Contribute to improving solution competitiveness by gathering customer demands and collaborating with partners to continuously optimize and promote solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the ICT industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales of integrated solutions across multiple product domains is an advantage.
• Experience working with large, high-profile accounts.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills. Able to engage effectively and tactfully with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong consultative and insight-based selling experience, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to decision-makers and executives.
• Solid technical background in the ICT field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and organizational coordination abilities.
• Results-driven with a strong achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork awareness.
• Willing to be based at Kuching, Sarawak.
• Contract position(s) available.
