Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized sales design proposals that align with client requirements and market trends, providing comprehensive design support throughout the sales cycle;
  • Participate actively in marketing and promotional events, supporting the sales team with creative concepts and visual materials to boost customer engagement and sales results;
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, accurately capturing their needs and delivering timely design solutions and after-sales support;
  • Assist sales representatives in preparing detailed sales presentations, product proposals, and design documentation to facilitate smooth sales negotiations;
  • Collaborate closely with product design, production, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility, quality standards, and brand consistency;
  • Conduct market research and sales data analysis to gather customer feedback and competitor insights, optimizing design strategies to enhance product competitiveness;
  • Manage and expand relationships with key sales channels including distributors, contractors, and design firms to grow business opportunities;
  • Support the development of advertising materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online content, to effectively communicate product benefits;
  • Participate in client meetings and project negotiations, delivering professional design presentations and effectively addressing client queries;
  • Oversee implementation of sales design projects at client sites as necessary to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction;
  • Continuously update professional knowledge and skills to keep up with industry trends and design innovations.

Requirements:

  • Open to recent graduates and experienced designers;
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;

  • Familiarity with relevant design software and sales processes is preferred.

  • Salary Range: RM 3, RM 6,000.00

  • Work Hour: 9:30a.m p.m.
  • Work Schedule: 5 days per week
