Functional (job responsibilities)


• Ensure business operations are in full compliance with full rules and regulations, as well professional standard and internal policies and procedures.

• Ensure the planning, designing and implementation of an overall RCSA process are effective to the units under SME Banking


• Review and identify any potential gaps/lapses on the existing SOPs for all units under SME Banking.

• Ensure an effective Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework that is consistent with best practices, maintained and adhered for SME Banking

• Ensure timely reporting operational issues to Front Office Management and Group Risk

• Manage internal and external audit related matters. 

Education/Qualification

• Malaysian citizen


• Degree or equivalent, preferably specializing in Banking/Finance/Economics and equivalent.

Experience

• 3 years and above experience in Banking Compliance or Credit.

Special Skills

• Able to demonstrate examples of critical thinking and investigative nature.

• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken, through all levels of the organization.

• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
