Role Overview:

We are seeking a
3-month HR & Recruitment Data Intern
to support our Regional HR team in driving strategic people initiatives across our global operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
HR operations, recruitment, and data analytics
— ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and numbers alike.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the HR team in
    data collection, cleaning, and analysis
    to generate actionable insights for HR and recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in
    developing HR dashboards and recruitment analytics
    to track key metrics such as hiring pipelines, retention, and engagement trends.
  • Participate in
    end-to-end recruitment activities
    — from job postings and candidate screenings to interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of
    HR policies, processes, and documentation
    across regions.
  • Assist in organizing
    employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
    to strengthen workplace collaboration.
  • Provide general
    HR administrative and coordination support
    for daily operations.


What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in
    Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio
    (knowledge of other visualization tools is a plus).
  • Excellent
    English communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
  • Passionate about learning how
    data influences HR decisions and recruitment success.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
