RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To supervise architectural site work in accordance to drawings and specifications.

· To answer queries as and when required on site from the building contractors.

· To coordinate any further information or details as and when required on site.

· To answer Technical Queries (TQ) raised by the contractors. To comply & forward Material Approval Forms (MAF) to HQ.

· To carry out periodical site inspection and sign off relevant inspection forms (RFWI)

· To prepare monthly report on the status of site work for each sites to HQ.

· To attend site meetings or any other meetings pertaining to site matters.

· To attend to authorities matter as and when required.

· To perform any site task/other matter as and when required by HQ.

REQUIREMENT:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architectural or equivalent

· Required language(s): Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Registered Inspector of work with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
