As we scale our operations, we are seeking a driven and professional Business Development Executive who can represent our brand with confidence, build trusted relationships with corporate clients, and drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
- Develop a strong understanding of our training portfolio to craft client-centric solutions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR, L&D, and procurement stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, presentations, and training needs analyses.
- Prepare formal proposals and quotations tailored to each client's requirements.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Work closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or training solutions.
- Professional communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver under pressure.
- Familiarity with HRDC claimable training, corporate L&D budgets, or IT training trends is an advantage.
