Job Responsibilities:

1.Maintain full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

2.Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis.

3.Ensure timely submission of SST, tax filings, and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO).

4.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

5.Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial controls, processes, and compliance.

6.Identify and report discrepancies or areas of improvement in accounting and operational practices.

7.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.

8.Support the Finance Manager in implementing best practices and financial procedures.

9.Perform related monthly reporting submission to the headquarters in China.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.ACCA Affiliate or Member is required.

3.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and/or auditing.

4.Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.

5.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Office (Excel, Word).

6.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

7.Meticulous, responsible and positive working attitude.

8.Able to perform multitasking in fast-paced working environment.

9.Proficient in Chinese, able to apply to daily work docking.

Preferred:

English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin speakers to effectively engage with a diverse client base.Mandarin-speaking candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

Have permanent work rights with no restrictions in Malaysia.

We accept working from home for two days on weekdays.
