  • To act as Management Representative (MR) for the company in maintaining the OSH 45001 certification and advise the Management on all safety rules and regulations
  • Responsible for issuance and safekeeping of Master Copy of OSHAS 45001 Documents.
  • Responsible to ensure OSH Management documents are updated to the latest/current revision
  • Responsible to co-ordinate and standardise all standard forms to be used in daily operations and processes
  • To act as OSH Lead Auditor for the company
  • Responsible to plan and conduct OSH activities i.e. safety campaign, safety talk, etc.
  • Responsible to establish OSH roles and responsibilities for Safety committee and other roles
  • Responsible to develop a good system of documentation and data control, KPI, OSH scorecard, objectives and programmes
  • Responsible to establish the plan and procedure / guidelines for all types of emergencies related to the company operations
  • Responsible to liase or register project site with regulatory body i.e. CIDB, JKKP, etc.
  • To attend site Safety Committee Meeting organised by Site Safety Supervisor/Site Manager
  • Responsible to conduct OSH trainings and meetings
  • Responsible to arrange, review and implement internal OSH audit programme
  • Responsible to monitor overall safety performance and advise the management on all safety matter
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) / Environment Health or Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in handling OSHA 45001
  • Possess Lead / Internal Auditor Certificate
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and work with all levels of staffs
  • Must be willing to travel and based outstation project (whole Sabah), including Sarawak and Peninsular
