Responsibilities :

  1. Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and / or the clients.
  2. Allocate work to subcontractors, analyse outcomes and write detailed progress report.
  3. Prepare and submit monthly provision and costing report.
  4. Prepare quotation and claim.

Requirements :

  1. Diploma / bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1~2 years of experience in construction industry for civil works projects.
  3. Experience in Autocad.
