Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seremban. The Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high food quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling shifts, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, training team members, and addressing customer concerns. The Manager will also focus on achieving operational efficiency and meeting sales targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Capability in Hiring and team management to build and lead a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry, understanding food preparation, safety standards, and menu planning.
  • Organizational and leadership skills to oversee operations and drive efficiency.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
