Job Purpose

This role is for seasoned sales professionals with a strong background in cloud or SaaS sales. You will be responsible for driving enterprise-level deals, shaping regional sales strategy, and serving as a key player in our APAC expansion. Key Responsibilities


• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.


• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.


• Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.


• Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.


• Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.


• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.


• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of direct sales experience in cloud services, SaaS, or enterprise software.


• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.


• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation trends.


• Strong network and understanding of the APAC IT and business landscape.


• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Fluent in English and Mandarin, to serve APAC region.
