We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our team. Duty Manager play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service, maintenance, security, and tenant relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic retail environment. Your duties include but not limited to the following:
Welcome and assist internal and external customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Maintain a pleasant and inviting shopping atmosphere for all visitors.
Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and accidents, taking appropriate action.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations.
Conduct routine facility inspections to monitor adherence to EH&S standards.
Maintain accurate records of incidents involving staff and visitors.
Analyse incident data to identify trends and recommend preventive measures.
Provide regular EH&S reports to operations management.
Prepare routine reports on financial and market performance.
Coordinate timely updates of property directories and signage.
Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
Ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations and performance standards.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma education with 5–7 years of experience in retail or hospitality operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Computer literate with solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to safety and security.
Able to work rotating shifts based on roster, including weekends and public holidays.
