JOB PURPOSE :

  • Analyse, support and coordinate preparation of Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (PO T&C) for provision of goods and services and Confidential and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) in the pre-award stage to be in compliance with the OBU's contracting strategy as well as MISC's policies and procedures.
  • Support the negotiations of Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (PO T&C) for provision of goods and services in the pre-award stage to ensure acceptable risks have been mitigated and project requirements are achieved.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Propose formulation of agreements or PO Terms and Conditions (including appendixes and exhibits) between MISC and Subcontractors in consultation with the respective stakeholders (e.g. Asset Management, Project Delivery, Technology, Procurement, OBU Legal) whilst ensuring MISC's interest is safeguarded.
  • Support negotiation of Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (PO T&C) or agreements to the satisfaction of Lead, Subcontracts Execution with the collaboration of the respective stakeholders for selected work on the contractual requirement with the sub­contractors / suppliers / vendors which is acceptable by the management and MISC's acceptable risks has been mitigated.
  • Support, collate and consolidate Confidential and Non-Disclosure Agreements (CNDAs) between MISC and recipients of MISC/Client confidential information in line with the requirements of MISC policy and CNDA between MISC and Client.
  • Coordinate that negotiated contracts are formalized (all deviations are incorporated), executed, stamped and disseminated to the respect stakeholder such as OBU Legal and project team.
  • Establish and manage the administration of contract documentation i.e registry are within OBU Management System and contractual provisions of subcontractor's contract.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in the execution of major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects or equivalent.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law / Quantity Surveying / Engineering or other equivalent professional qualification.
