RESPONSIBILITY

  • To ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations governing the import & export industry.
  • Good knowledge in airfreight import & export shipment and consolidation (end-to-end process)
  • Preparing pre-shipment, post-shipment documents.
  • Receive and update orders in CW1 system, and organize dispatch of consignments
  • Giving AWB instructions follow up with clearing agents and shipping agencies.
  • Perform billing, costing, and administrative tasks related to all departments.
  • Ensure that all data entry and submission paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Customs regulations
  • Co-ordinating with the customers and within departments.
  • To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), computer literate, positive and able to work independently under minimum supervision and good attitude.
  • International appearance & pleasant personality.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Existing knowledge in CW1 operating system would be a plus
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam, Selangor.
