YOUR ROLE

• Assist process engineers in analyzing VM yield loss data by identifying defect patterns, root causes, and process bottlenecks.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions aimed at reducing VM losses.
• Collaborate closely with assembly and finishing engineering teams, CPM, and manufacturing departments to resolve VM-related yield loss issues and ensure seamless integration of solutions into the production line.
• Continuously improve and optimize test setups to minimize VM defects and enhance overall yield performance.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to assist engineers in successfully completing projects, particularly those focused on testing challenges such as setup issues and low yield problems.
• Committed to providing full support to engineers while adhering strictly to safety rules, procedures, and programs.
• Capable of performing all basic duties and tasks associated with the role efficiently and reliably.
• Preferred: Students with a mechanical engineering background.
