Job Descriptions :
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise general workers in shrimp farming activities.
- Oversee pond operators during shrimp cultivation processes.
- Motivated to learn and capable of managing both routine and ad-hoc production tasks.
- Adaptable to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions.
- Open to relocation and staying on-site at the farm if required.
- Able to work according to shift schedules.
- Maintains good physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of production work.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
